Setting up your team’s administrator account and access
1. If you have not already created an account for the web site, please click on the “Log In” link in the bottom right corner of the WBBA Home page (www.wayzatabasketball.com)
2. Create an account. Enter a unique Username and Password for yourself (please write this down and keep track of it) and click “Sign Up”.
3. You will receive an email to confirming you created an account. Follow the steps to "Activate" your account.
4. IMPORTANT: You will then want to send an email to wayzatabball@yahoo.com informing that you have created an account, and also include the following information:
· Your name
· Team Name (Travel 6B1 for example)
· Role with team (coach, team manager, etc)
· Contact Number
5. When approved, you will receive a confirmation reply informing you that permission has been granted to access your team’s home page(s) on the web site. The team’s pages are found under the “Team” section of the site.
Accessing your team pages for editing
After permission has been granted, you can then login, go to your team’s page and begin editing the content.
1. When logged in,
· Go to “Admin Control Panel" in the upper right corner and select "My Access” tab to view a site map of the pages you have been granted access over.
· Select the page you would like to edit.
· Use “Edit Mode” found in the upper right corner to perform actual work on the site.
· Use “User Mode” to view your pages as a regular user.
· To add Text, Photos, Documents, Tables, News Articles, Links, Contact Info, You Tube Videos, etc. select “Add Page Element” found in the center content panel.
· You may also “Add New Page” under your team’s main page section to organize additional content.
Getting Help
1. If you need any help with any of the Page Elements, the first step you can take is to scroll down to the bottom of any page and click on the link “Team Sport Technologies”.
a. TST is the service provider for our site. On their home page you will see the selection “Support”.
b. Under the Support section, click on “Frequently Asked Questions”. FAQ’s is an online user’s manual for the Page Elements and editing tools. Click on any of the selections to learn more.
2. If the questions that you have are not answered there, please return to the main Support page and submit your issue. Your question or issue will be addressed in a timely manner.

NEW for 2011-2012
The question was asked if when the Team Parent updates the Team Page, can the players be notified?
YES, but not automatically.
You must set up a “Group” on your Team Page and then when you update your page, you can send an email directly from the Team Page while you are logged in to all the players families.
How do I create a Group?
1. Log in to your site and go to the page you were granted 'Owner' permissions to
2. Make sure you are in Edit mode
3. Click on the Groups Tab
4. Click on Create New Group
5. Type in a name for your Group
6. Select the profiles that you would like to add as Group Members
7. Once you click on a profile, it will add it to the Group Members section on the right. Or, if you start typing the profile name in the box provided, it will populate the name for you to select as long as the user has created an account and is in the member directory. When you see the name, click on it and it will be added to the Group Members section to the right.
8. When all profiles have been selected, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Create Group
Sending a Message to a Group attached to a Specific Page:
1. Login to the organization's website
2. Ensure you are on the Page where the group was created and that you have permissions for that page.
3. Click on the Groups Tab
4. Select the Group you would like to message.
5. Select the members of the group you wish to send a message to (by default all will be selected)
6. Click Message Selected
7. Type in the subject and body of the message and click Send Message
